HI I'M TERRY LEWIS,
I’d been in shape most of my life, but over time (especially during the pandemic) I gave into tempting and unhealthy meals and paid the price; maybe this will happen to you over Christmas.
My catalyst for change came through shock! Towards the end of lockdown, I caught my reflection in the mirror and could not believe how badly I'd let myself go. I made a desperate visit to the gym; whilst moving from station to station a body composition machine made me curious enough to step on it. My 13 or so readings were predominantly warnings! The numbers that dropped my mouth most in disbelief were the body mass index (weight against height) and body fat ratio, which read 37% and 35% respectively. To my horror, I’d gone from once fit to clinically obese!
So I started 'working-in' by eating good nutrition. I swapped guilty pleasures for high-quality protein, leaner carbs and essential fats - and combined the healthy eating with regular workouts.

Your Journey To Fitness
Alex and I will have a discovery Zoom call with you in January to find out your goals. Alex will customise a nutrition and workout plan for you for the month, then you'll be accountable to me daily for the next 30 days to ensure you're putting the effort in to get the results you want. Imagine how much easier and successful your journey would be having someone to inspire and motivate you towards your goal every day!
In February, you'll have another Zoom with Alex and I to flex your plan in line with your progress. The same level of accountability applies.
By March, you'll be into the home straight. You'll have a final Zoom call with us to fine-tune your nutrition and workout plan, and that, boosted by daily accountability sessions will get you over the finish line. Welcome to the new you.

Can I eat cheat meals?
You want to achieve BODYHAPPINESS by 8 April, and my job is to get you over the finish line. I want you to avoid successfully following your plan for five days of the week and then ruining some of your progress on Friday or over the weekend. Some coaches allow cheat days, I discourage them; here's why: Depending on how heavily you eat and drink on a night out, a cheat day could set you back several days, moving you in the opposite direction to where we both want you to end up. I don't want that for you.
